No. DOM is inspired by Belarusian food rather than a traditional Belarusian restaurant. Classic dishes such as draniki, syrniki and buckwheat are mixed with modern brunch ideas: Benedict on draniki instead of a muffin, draniki with Korean kimchi, a buckwheat bowl with white miso, latte with halva. At dinner there is draniki or mash with slow-cooked veal and lingonberry jam.
Draniki are the national dish of Belarus: pancakes of grated potato and onion, fried until crisp outside and soft inside. At DOM you can order them with sour cream, or as a Dranch brunch plate with smoked salmon, mushrooms or chicken and a poached egg.
